Counseling for Anxiety
Living with anxiety can be an exhausting and all-consuming journey. Frequent worrying might be making it difficult for you to be present throughout your daily responsibilities. It may seem like you can’t take a break from the constant what if thoughts, which can be very overwhelming. The uneasy feeling that something is going to go wrong and second guessing yourself can also lead to fear of the future. Most times, we can be so consumed by our worries that it shows up physically, with headaches, stomach issues, trouble relaxing, sleep issues, and, unexplained bodily pains.
You don’t have to suffer through anxiety alone. I help you shift the way you think about a situation so that you can feel more satisfaction in your life. Teaching you how to use a self-compassion and curious approach when faced with daily stressors. Through introducing life skills and coping tools, I help you better manage the emotional and mental load that anxiety can bring.
